Hands of Luke Medical Ministries, Inc.
Hands of Luke is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
Hands of Luke Medical Ministries was founded in 1988 when the Lord gave Dr. Marco Samaniego a vision. With the guidance from our Lord and help of two of our founders, Dr. David Reagan and William “Buddy” Ball, the vision was brought to fruition.
Dr. Marco went to be with our Lord in 2016. Hands of Luke is now under the leadership of Dr Marco’s family: His daughter, Laura Samaniego Mitchell, serves as Chief Operating Officer, and his wife, Carmen Samaniego, serves as Director.
Every day we give thanks to our Lord because he continues to protect us as we serve him in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, and El Paso, Texas.
We are grateful for the Hands of Luke Executive Board that holds us accountable to ensuring we are good and faithful stewards of what God has provided to Hands of Luke. Our board consists of 7 men and women of God that daily submit themselves to the Lord’s will.
